A mission driven by compassion, guided by responsibility.
The Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF) is a non-political, non-profit humanitarian organization founded in 1991 by volunteers in the United States. We exist for one reason: to make sure children in the Middle East who lack access to proper medical care get the treatment they need to survive and thrive. We are driven by thousands of volunteers around the world — doctors, nurses, students, and everyday supporters — who believe that no child should suffer or die from a treatable condition simply because of where they were born.
To provide medical and humanitarian relief — collectively and individually — to children throughout the Levant, regardless of their nationality or religion.
A world where every child in the Middle East has access to quality medical care, humanitarian aid, and the specialized treatment they need.

We are one of the world's leading non-profits organizing international volunteer medical teams. Specialists from more than a dozen countries travel to hospitals across Palestine and Lebanon to treat children and train local medical staff — building expertise that stays long after each mission ends.

When a child needs care that isn't available at home, we sponsor their travel and treatment overseas — partnering with hospitals and physicians around the world who donate their services.
We have built and continue to expand specialized departments — including pediatric cancer units and a cardiology department and PICU — so children can receive advanced care close to home.
Amid ongoing crisis, we deliver lifesaving medicine, clean water, hospital generators, hygiene kits, and mobility aids to displaced families and children in Gaza, and evacuate the most critically injured for urgent treatment.
PCRF began in 1991 with a simple, urgent idea: that ordinary people could come together to get a wounded child the care they desperately needed. What started as a grassroots effort to treat a handful of injured children has grown into a global humanitarian organization reaching tens of thousands of children every year.Three decades later, our model remains the same — powered by volunteers, funded by everyday donors, and guided by the belief that a child's right to health knows no borders.
We are proud to be one of the most respected and active nonprofit humanitarian medical relief organizations working in the Middle East. For twelve straight years, we have received Charity Navigators’ coveted 4-star rating, demonstrating strong financial health and commitment to accountability and transparency. Only 3% of charities evaluated have received this rating
